MA Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program Notification
What you save
When you hire a traditional listing broker to sell your
home you will most likely be charged approximately 5% or 6% of the
selling price. The listing broker usually splits this
percentage with the buyer's broker for introducing the buyer
and procuring the deal. This means that if your home
sells for $510,000 @ 5% you will be charged $25,500 in brokerage
fees. Each broker makes $12,700.
Our one time flat fee automatically cancels out the
traditional listing brokers side of the fee of $12,700. The only broker
you would be compensating would be the buyer's agent. You
will decide how much you want to pay the broker that brings
you a buyer. It can be any amount you want to offer.
However, if your Buyer is not represented by a real estate
broker you do not have to pay anyone anything.
Congrats. We never take a commission our low flat fee is
all we work for.
By working with us for a flat fee you will save
thousands of dollars. We guarantee it!
